With each couple comes a new story. I love getting to know them and the things they like to do together. For Emily and Boomer sailing has been a part of their relationship since the beginning. It only made sense we do sailboat engagement photos!
Two of my favorites got engaged. Mary and I met 4 years ago through an online workshop. We became fast friends and started making it a priority to see each other at least once a year. I am 100% NOT shooting their wedding but I really wanted to do a little something with them. While I was visiting them recently we headed over to the beautiful, Terrain at Styers in PA and shot some fun photos. Gah, if you haven't been to this beautiful outdoor garden store of pure magic, GO!!
I love you two and can not wait to celebrate your day!
Yay, I had another chance to get in the water during these paddle board engagement photos. I had a really good time with Lesley and Matt and luckily they didn't hate me afterward. I am always asking my couples to do crazy slash fun stuff and hope they don't go running for the hills.
I won't lie. Sometimes I get nervous with engagement shoots. I worry I will shoot too many that are similar. However with each couple all their stories are so unique we always come up with the best ideas. Erin and John use to canoe all the time when they were dating in college. I really fell in love with their canoe engagement photos.
These two. Ben and Rachel have been going to Big Talbot Island for some time. They have even buried love letters to one another there. It was only natural to do their engagement photos there.
Matt and Kala got engaged in downtown Fernadina so it only made sense to do their engagement photos there as well.
These two. Brett is one of those HILARIOUS people. You know the ones. The one who doesn't even try and before you know it you are going to pee your pants. Michelle is just crazy about Brett and you can see it in every photo. These two are why I love my job.
I hope you enjoy their very cute and fun St. Augustine engagement photos.
I LUUURRRVE them.
These cotton field engagement photos are total swoon worthy. Alex's Mema has grown up on this property and Alex has been going there since she was a kid. It only seemed natural to do their engagement shoot there.
When Alex was a little girl she use to wash all the dogs in the back of this old truck. We couldn't very well just walk by it without getting at least a photo or two.
Alex and Wes have been crazy about each other since they were kids. It is an insane honor to get to photograph a love like theirs. I can't wait for next Spring.
Agh!! I love EVERYTHING about these St. Augustine Ice Plant engagement photos! Whether it be the couple, location, popsicles, Katie's dress, or Dan's complete adoration for her . It was down right awesome!
I can NOT wait for their wedding!!
