I met Allie during a photoshoot I was doing for Jacksonville Mom's Blog in Jacksonville, FL. Her dry, witty humor sucked me right in. She quickly became a client of mine for her wedding, boudoir, headshots, and family photos. Over the years, we’ve become friends and each other's hype women.
Then came the boudoir session, which was next-level incredible. Allie walked in saying she was nervous, but by the end, she was strutting like she’d been doing it her whole life. That’s one of my favorite things about boudoir photography: watching someone go from hesitant to unapologetically confident. It’s not just about the photos; it’s about the shift that happens inside. And with Allie, that transformation was electric.
Allie’s wedding was one of those days that sticks with you. It was on Cinco de Mayo, and it was just her girls and Kyle. The love, the laughter, the way she managed to throw in a perfectly timed sarcastic comment during her vows—it was peak Allie. Capturing her and her partner’s connection was effortless because their love just radiated through every frame.
One of the most exciting projects we worked on together was her branding photoshoot for her book release. She brought her signature wit and confidence to every shot, making the whole experience so much fun. It was such a joy to see her light up during that process and celebrate this incredible milestone with her.
This latest session was, of course, nothing short of incredible. Between their perfectly coordinated outfits and the energy they brought as a family, we caught so many fun moments and perfect little in-between moments.
